6. Shipping Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. BeautytoBliss is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability BeautytoBliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Skin & Allergy Disclaimer Our products contain active ingredients such as Retinol, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, and Hyaluronic Acid. If you have known allergies or skin conditions, please consult a dermatologist before use. BeautytoBliss is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow usage instructions.
