Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to love every product you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare, hair care, or grooming products.
Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it or issue a full refund.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

- Gift sets that have been partially used
