Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to love every product you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare, hair care, or grooming products.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it or issue a full refund.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Opened beauty and skincare products
  • Gift sets that have been partially used
  • Sale/clearance items
